In this hectic world, it
would seem there is no Stop button. But the new NEO collection from
MeisterSinger reminds of us of a quieter time, when life was more
understated. Perhaps best known for its single-hand watches, Meistersinger is ringing the changes with its NEO collection, having created NEO 1Z, a single-hand model, and NEO 2Z, a two-handed-version with date indicator. Straight from the 1950s, but bang on trend, the MeisterSinger NEO recalls that amazing decade when a new optimism helped to free design from formality and tradition. True to its origins, NEO has all the vintage design features of the 50s, particularly the slim case with a classically simple dial, while utilising the very latest production methods and materials. NEO boasts all the qualities associated with a MeisterSinger watch, the sleek 36mm diameter steel case is designed for both men and women. It sports a sunburst dial in a choice of enticing colours accentuated by the slightly domed glass. And with a beautifully engraved, water-resistant, screwed-back case, a 48-hour power reserve, an ETA 2824-2 Automatik movement. |
