Designed
by Philippe Mouquet, the Kelly2 watch evokes the jack on the famous Kelly bag.
The watchcase draws its inspiration from the strap
plate, which was once used in the harness of carriage horses. The origin
of its shape, as well as the tour nails which decorate the top of the
model, is influenced by the way the plate was riveted to the harness
leather. The same tour nails decorate the case of the Kelly2, Lengthened
and bevelled at 12 o'clock. It’s dial has hour and minute hands
and two bevelled numerals, a "12" and a "6",
summing up the hours. Straps are available in several varieties of Hermès leather and in a range of colours, either single or double. |

The
Hermès' watch making tradition dates back to the 1920s when the company
began to apply its renowned saddle making skills to crafting fine leather
straps for timepieces that perfectly expressed the spirit of the House. |
