UNOMATIK  – a new "meisterwerk!"

-

MeisterSinger Unomatik

-

MeisterSinger’s new UNOMATIK chronograph takes the company's passion for watches with a stopwatch character to new heights. The technical division of the dial evokes micrometer accuracy. With the UNOMATIK, this is further reflected in the large-scale reserve display. The chunky 45-mm diameter casing around the voluminous display is one more thing that will make the hearts of MeisterSinger’s fans beat faster.

Contradictory as it may sound, clarity and austerity on one hand, and pure emotion on the other, can combine to create an unparalleled appearance. Once you have the UNOMATIK in your hands, you will never want to let it go.

Beneath the steel caseback, fastened by six screws, the heart of the UNOMATIK, the new automatic ETA A07.161 mechanism, beats with perfect precision. Its 16˝ lignes make it as big as a Unitas movement.

As with all MeisterSinger watches, the UNOMATIK owes its distinctive appearance to a consistent symmetry that extends to the numbering itself. Single figure numerals are preceded by a zero to ensure regularity down to the finest detail. Along with the high-precision arrow-shaped hand and the sleekly rounded casing with its organic transitions, the exterior matches in every way the carefully crafted movement inside. All these features, which are hallmarks of every MeisterSinger watch, make each one an unmistakable plateau of equilibrium in a roller-coaster world.

Karelia – the ladies´ watch from MeisterSinger

-

MeisterSinger Karelia

-

The new MeisterSinger watch is positively dainty compared to its big brothers. There is only the slightest hint of the pocket-watch-like casing of the larger models in the lunette, rounded as it is toward the glass cover. In all other respects, the Karelia is slim and petite. With a diameter of just 34 mm, it is a genuine ladies’ watch and a splendid adornment to the female wrist.

The mechanism can be seen operating in all its precision through a transparent caseback held in place with six screws. The finely burnished and rhodanised bridges hold the intricate clockwork together. The mechanism races along at 21,600 semi-oscillations per second. No less than 17 jewel bearings ensure accuracy and long life.

As with all MeisterSinger watches, the Karelia owes its distinctive appearance to a consistent symmetry which extends to the numbering itself. Single-figure numerals are preceded by a zero to ensure regularity down to the finest detail.

Along with the high-precision arrow-shaped hand and the sleekly rounded casing with its organic transitions, the exterior matches in every way the carefully crafted Peseux mechanism inside. All these features, which are hallmarks of every MeisterSinger watch, make each one an unmistakable plateau of equilibrium in a roller-coaster world.

The Karelia not only dispenses with all unnecessary ornamentation, it only has one hand! This minimalism is what gives the watch such unsurpassed clarity in its looks. The accuracy of the hand and the precision of the dial mean that you need never miss a train again. Even a cursory glance allows you to easily see the exact time to the nearest five minutes. And of course it’s better to be at the station five minutes before the train leaves...-
