Breitling
for Bentley presents a chronograph version of its Flying B After springing a magnificent surprise with its amazing Flying B, Breitling is enriching the Breitling for Bentley collection with a chronograph version of this stylish timepiece. The new model features the same daring rectangular case with its inimitably opulent lines, enhanced by two smoothly integrated lever pushpieces. The dial has been entirely redesigned in harmony with the spirit of luxury and refinement characteristic of all the creations dedicated to the prestigious British automobile manufacturer: |
hour-markers sculpted from mother of pearl; hollowed counters; colours inspired by the Bentley livery; and a knurled central motif matching the steel, red gold or white gold case.A superb technical and aesthetic achievement, individually hand crafted by artisans at the peak of their art. The motor powering this splendid mechanical watch is a signature Breitling officially chronometer-certified chronograph movement driving a "large date display" calendar. The back is adorned with the symbol after which it is named:the legendary Bentley "Flying B", for decades the unmistakable emblem of the famous British marque. |

Two new luxurious
mechanical marvels. Flying B. For decades, the famous "winged B" ruled the roads as the mascot of the most prestigious British automobiles. Symbolising luxury, elegance and performance, it embodied the Bentley style with its unique blend of tradition and innovation. The Flying B: by a fascinating twist of fate, this dynamic emblem closely resembles Breitling's own "winged B" signature, the seal of excellence embodying its know-how in the field of fine mechanical watches.A sure sign that the two brands were destined to meet. Flying B is now the name of an extremely exclusive Breitling for Bentley collection distinguished by its daring rectangular case, opulent design and stunningly refined dials. After springing a surprise with the launch of the Flying B jumping hour model, Breitling is now enriching this exceptional line with two new timepieces: a superbly stylish chronograph equipped by a motor in the finest Breitling tradition; and a slightly smaller model named Flying B N°3 and featuring an entirely redesigned dial. |
Stylish aesthetics. The two new Flying B models in the Breitling for Bentley collection first catch the eye with their amazing cambered rectangular case fitted with a thick bevelled sapphire crystal following its curving profile. An exceptional feat of engineering and a marvel of elegance on the wrist. The gaze is also captured by the inimitable design and dial decoration, crafted in a spirit of luxury and refinement worthy of the finest English cars. This clever geometrical interplay of square and rectangles reflects an extreme concern for details. The radiating hour-markers, framing a large Roman numeral at 12 o'clock, are adorned with natural mother-of-pearl inlays displaying exquisite workmanship. The dial centre carries an elegant knurled motif inspired by the Bentley control buttons and matching the steel, red gold or white gold of the case. Playing with the signature design features of the famous British car manufacturer, Breitling interprets the outer part of the dials in shades inspired by the Bentley livery: Royal Ebony, Neptune, Desert Dune, Silver Storm, Amber, Bronze… The slightly arched dials represent technical and aesthetic masterpieces that are individually crafted by artisans at the peak of their art. The caseback of both models is engraved with the famous Flying B after which it is named. The Speed B bracelet is distinguished by its links with a curving profile mirroring the shape of the case; offering a blend of elegance and functionality, it is equipped with a comfort enhancing extension that is adjustable in a few seconds. The Flying B Chronograph and the Flying B N°3 are also available in even more prestigious jewellery versions with a diamond-set red or white gold case. |

Entirely in its element. In 1957, having already established its mastery of the skies, Breitling set off to conquer the maritime depths by launching the Superocean, a diver's watch featuring a monohull case and armored glass guaranteeing water resistance to 200 meters (660 feet) and representing an exceptional technical feat at that time. Designed to equip professional and military divers, and particularly special troops, the Superocean soon gained a following among enthusiasts of leisure diving, an increasingly popular activity. Over the years, Breitling has enriched this legendary line by developing ever more efficient models in simple and chronograph versions, boasting water resistance to depths of 500, 1,500 and even 2,000 meters. The successive generations of Superocean models have distinguished themselves by their magnificent technical qualities as well as their peerless functionality and readability. Today, Breitling pays tribute to this seagoing instrument by creating Superocean Héritage, a diver's watch that is more than ever in its element. |
